Hijaberlin participated in the Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF), held from September 1st to 3rd, 2024, in Bali. The 2nd Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF) carried the theme ‘Bandung Spirit for Africa’s Agenda 2063,’ focusing on key issues such as economic transformation, energy and mining, food and health security, and development cooperation. This year’s theme also emphasized the enduring significance of the Asia-Africa Conference (AAC) spirit in addressing global challenges, including conflicts, economic decline, and climate change.
The forum brought together African heads of state and hundreds of participants from diverse backgrounds. It featured meetings of heads of state, panel discussions, exhibitions, business matchmaking sessions, and various side events. Additionally, the Indonesia-Africa Parliamentary Forum was introduced for the first time this year as part of the event series.
The 2nd IAF was not only an opportunity for state-owned and private companies to explore potential business cooperation, but it also involved Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in fostering collaboration. Hijaberlin participated in several events, particularly the exhibition held at [insert location]. The brand showcased five main collections to visitors. Through this exhibition, Hijaberlin aimed to promote Indonesian Muslim fashion culture while engaging in business exchanges with African entrepreneurs. As a brand that champions the exchange of insights, values, and cultures, Hijaberlin remains open to various opportunities aligned with these principles.
